Viva Mondolfo!!! Viva Iffezheim!!!

So, some German newspapers titrated such event held last October 20th ‘07 at Iffezheim, the day on which our Municipality was officially twinned with that one of the German town.
A historic day that has symbolically united two towns, in the sign of friendship, of their traditions and of their people.
After the ceremony held last Autumn in Germany, on next summer 2008, it will be the turn of our common friends of Iffezheim (famous also for one of the most important international events about Gallop) that will be of course our guests in Mondolfo.
It will be an opportunity to reciprocate the extreme kindness and great sense of friendship given to us, focusing on the excellence of our Municipality and on the cordiality of our citizens.

Iffezheim is a German town of about 5.000 inhabitants, placed in the land of Baden-Württemberg. It’s located in the lowland in the Rhine wine region of the Ortenau.

In Iffezheim we can breathe the great passion for the horse racing. The important Iffezheim Racecourse is mostly frequented by fans of horseracing and is characterized by a charming and elegant atmosphere.
